Owing to adverse weather conditions in parts of the country we are experiencing some delays to our deliveries. If you have already placed an order on ghdhair.com you can track its progress now. If you are going to place an order please allow additional delivery time for areas affected by snow.

We are doing everything possible to keep our deliveries on track and we will deliver your order as soon as possible.

If you just can’t take the chance, ghd is available in the finest salons so use our salon locator to find your local approved salon and purchase from them direct.

* Deliveries are made via Royal Mail Tracked 24 and will be delivered between the hours of 8am and 5.30pm.

Our free next day delivery service is only available within the UK and if your order is placed before 6pm Monday to Thursday. (Excluding bank holidays when orders will be delivered the next working day)

ghdhair.com is concerned about the safety and security of our customers. Accordingly, we have put a number of technological protections in place to ensure that our transaction process is extremely safe and that our customers' information is secure.

When buying or selling online, caution must always be exercised. The overwhelming majority of online transactions are completed without incident, but ghd have developed the following guidelines to help ensure that your online shopping experience is safe and secure.

International orders are shipped via our international courier service, UPS to ensure fast and reliable delivery.

All international delivery costs are calculated based on the number of products and weight of your order.

Please note: For orders shipped outside the EU duty charges may be applied.

Delivery Restrictions for Items that Contain Substances Classified as Dangerous for Transportation

Any product that contains flammable, pressurised, corrosive, environmentally hazardous or otherwise harmful substances are

classified as dangerous goods.  As a result we can only delivery the following ghd Style products to the UK mainland:-
