Pre-Orders

Pre-ordering gives you the chance to be to be amongst the first to order selected limited edition and newly released ghd products.

You can place a pre-order for a product in the same way as you would with any other order and the expected dispatch date will be displayed on the product, basket and checkout pages. Please be aware if you place an order that contains both pre-order and currently available products, you won't receive the order until all of the products are ready for delivery. If you would like to receive an 'in stock' product sooner, please order this product separately from the pre-order product.

Sales are charged at the time the Pre-Order item becomes available which is usually 3-4 days before the item is dispatched. If there is a billing issue that prevents us from charging your account, then your order will be cancelled and we will notify you via email how you can fulfill your order.

ghdhair.com is pleased to offer delivery via CollectPlus, with over 5,500 stores throughout the UK and Northern Ireland*, delivery has never been so easy. How long will it take for my order to arrive at my chosen CollectPlus collection point?
Once you have successfully placed and paid for your order, your item(s) will be processed and shipped to your chosen collection point. You will receive confirmation from CollectPlus via email and or SMS once your parcel is available for collection. This will include your unique collection code. Your item(s) will normally arrive at the collection point within 1 working day of your order being processed. Parcels are delivered to CollectPlus collection points Monday to Saturday. Unfortunately, a specific time for the arrival of your item cannot be given.

What should I do if I lose my collection code from CollectPlus?

If you have lost the collection code sent to you by CollectPlus via email or SMS then please contact us to arrange for a new collection code to be issued, as you cannot collect your parcel without it.

Why did my credit card authorisation fail?

It is not uncommon for a request for credit card authorisation to fail once or twice before the card is finally authorised. We will send you an e-mail if we experience difficulties in authorising your credit card. You are always welcome to submit new credit card information to us for a particular order, provided that the order has not yet entered the shipping process.

International orders are shipped via our international courier service, DHL to ensure fast and reliable delivery.

All international delivery costs are calculated based on the number of products and weight of your order.
