ghd IV mini styler - ideal for shorter, textured styles or men's hair.

PRODUCT CARE
When your styler has cooled, fold the cord in the same way it was in the original packaging. Try to avoid winding it around your hand or the body of the styler, or hanging your styler by its cord. Please see our product care section for more information.
Wipe your styler with a damp, clean cloth to remove any excess products. Please see our product care section for more information.
In countries where the two-pin Euro plug is standard, simply remove the securing screw between the three pins and slide the adaptor from the two-pin plug.
Model 3 and 3.1b stylers only work in countries where 220-240V power supply is available. We recommend you check the voltage available in your destination before you travel.
GUARANTEE AND RETURNS
As the manufacturer we offer a 12-month guarantee with the 3 and 3.1b stylers and a 24 month guarantee with the ghd IV styler collection. Within this period we will repair or replace the product for you at our discretion. If your styler has become faulty due to incorrect use (please see product care for correct usage details) or accidental damage, we may still be able to repair it for you; however, this may be subject to a charge. If you choose not to proceed with a repair, and you request the styler to be returned to you, it may be subject to a small postage and handling charge.
To claim on the guarantee you need to retain your original proof of purchase. In the unlikely event of any appliance proving to be faulty, please see our returns policy.
Yes, there are some exclusions to the guarantee. The guarantee will not cover any fault caused through incorrect usage. We are also unable to cover any fault caused by accidental damage. In both instances we may be able to assist with a repair, but this may be subject to a small charge.
The guarantee is also void if any repair has been attempted by a third party.
We are also unable to honour any guarantee where your styler has been purchased from an unauthorised distributor; in this instance your consumer rights would lie with the point of sale.

In Australia, we have a Reply Paid address to return your styler to so it wont cost you in postage. You will just need to pay for an envelope/satchel in which to return the styler to us.
We operate a maximum 14 working day turnaround. But we know how important your styler is to you, so we'll always try to return it as soon as possible.

Unfortunately we are unable to provide a temporary styler whilst yours is under repair but we will make sure yours are returned as soon as possible.
We do not supply parts externally. However, we do offer a comprehensive in-house repair service if you wish to return your styler for assessment. See our returns section.
You can pay over the phone by credit/debit card, or you can send a postal order made payable to ghd/Jemella LTD. Regrettably we no longer accept cheques.
thermodynamics®
ghd products do not have a sell-by-date. However, they do have a ‘use after opening’ time-line. You'll find this on the back of the packaging, as either 12m or 24m. This indicates the product must be used within either 12 or 24 months from the date of opening.
