Jon Pulitano
Headcase Hair, Sydney
As one of the Australian hair industry‘s most valuable new breed of stylists, Jon Pulitano, owner of Headcase Hair is adored by beauty editors, fashion designers and celebrities across the country.
He has directed shows for designers such as Friedrich Gray, Konstantina Mittas and Manning Cartell at Rosemont Australian Fashion Week. He has also styled the international runways of New York, London, Paris and Milan for designers including Zac Posen, Louis Vuitton, Marc Jacobs, WILLOW, Josh Goot and Sonia Rykiel.
Monica McGowan

After being awarded AHFA‘s Apprentice of the Year in 2003, Monica‘s skills in both styling and education have progressed to the highest level. She has been involved in styling at the Inside Film (IF) Awards, the shows of Marnie Skillings, Alex Perry and Zimmermann at Australian Fashion Week, and has styled for the hit TV series, Australia‘s Next Top Model.
Her visionary work has been published in both trade and consumer magazines, including Marie Claire, Hairdresser‘s Journal International and Passion.
Renee Walkom
Suki Hairdressing, Newcastle
As Art Director at the award-winning Suki salon, Renee‘s forte is styling hair and she is renowned for creating beautiful, polished work. Renee has directed hair for editorial shoots and at hair events for both Suki Hairdressing and ghd. Renee has styled for international fashion houses at various fashion weeks including Sydney and New York, and has attended hair shows in London and Hollywood. Her work can be seen in magazines such as Cream, Oyster, Culture, INSTYLE and the International Hairdresser‘s Journal.
Ali Holmes
Wildlife Sogo Sydney
After 3 years living in London, Ali has worked alongside top session stylists at London, New York and Sydney Fashion Weeks for designers such as Zac Posen, Toni Maticevski, Mad Cortes, Camilla Franks and Frost French. Her work has been featured in various magazine campaigns and ghd‘s global TV campaign.
Since her return to Australia, Ali is now owner of Wildlife Sogo, Education Director for Wildlife Hair and in 2008 was nominated as a finalist in 3 categories at the Hair Expo Australian Hairdressing Awards.

GIVE IT SOME LIP
In keeping with the favourite hue of the season, catwalk make-up artists ditched their usual bronzy colour palette, opting for tones of purple to brighten up the winter complexion instead. Seen at Zac Posen, Todd Lynn and Modern(ist), this gorgeous violet lip was created using MAC's Pure Pigment in Violet - a loose powder - dusted lightly all over the lips for a pearlescent, lilac finish.

Celebrating all things fashion and music, the new T4 show, presented by Alexa Chung and Henry Holland, used the ghd IV mini styler to create the on-trend gothic horror look. Featured on the runways with the Japanese horror-film inspired frocks at Rodarte, the black lace LBD's at Prada and also at Gareth Pugh, Halloween or no Halloween, the dark side of romantic is the current craze.
