Why did my credit card authorisation fail?

It is not uncommon for a request for credit card authorisation to fail once or twice before the card is finally authorised. We will send you an e-mail if we experience difficulties in authorising your credit card. You are always welcome to submit new credit card information to us for a particular order, provided that the order has not yet entered the shipping process.

We know that our urban angels can't live without their ghd products so we aim to get your product delivered to you as fast as possible and in the best possible condition.

UK courier delivery times

Deliveries are made Via Parcel force and will be delivered between the hours of 8am and 6pm

International delivery

International orders are shipped via our international courier service, Parcel force to ensure fast and reliable delivery.

All international delivery costs are calculated based on the number of products and weight of your order.
