Delivery Information

Your order should be delivered to you personally. If you are not at the stated delivery address when the order is delivered, the order should be returned to the local delivery hub and you will be left a note with further instructions.

If you have any questions about your order, please use our contact form and one of our customer service representatives will assist you as soon as possible.

UK orders placed Monday - Friday before 5pm, will be delivered by Parcelforce the following day. (except in certain locations on Saturdays)

International orders are sent via Parcel force Worldwide, delivery times vary but are usually dispatched on the same day if ordered before 5pm weekdays, or the next working day if ordered during the weekend.
