Say hello to the F.A.M.E. Team
We teamed up with the F.A.M.E. Team to create a stunning collection of images that explore the texture and movement of hair.
Ashleigh Hodges, Creative Director of Flame Hair Studios loves the creativity that being in the hairdressing industry brings "It's so inspiring and exciting and to see the trends translated in a photographic shoot is literally my dream come true". On the day of the shoot, Ashleigh merged a vintage vibe with a classic and modern feel on her model. Using finger-waves for the first look for a glamorous and retro feel, she switched this look up for the second shot with an effortlessly elegant and classy updo.

Becky Hunt, Creative Stylist at Sanrizz was inspired by Leonardo Rizzo to audition for the F.A.M.E. Team 2012. "To be given the opportunity to work with the hairdressing icons I have admired for years is an absolute honour. As a young stylist I feel I have a lot ot learn and what better way to do it than working alongside some of our industry greats?". Becky worked an effortlessly glam St Tropez style on her model with long and luxe hair with lots of natural movement. For the second look on our shoot, the hair was switched up into a sculpted futuristic style.

"I'm influenced by everything around me, especially architecture'', says Ryan Harris, which is quite apt as he was formerly a builder. Luckily, he's left his hub capped boots at home for a career in the fast-paced world of hairdressing. Ryan worked with the natural texture of his model's hair for first shot of the day, "I wanted to keep the hair full of movement and enhance the shape that was already there". For his model's second look, the hair was smoothed out so that it was as sleek as possible and then, for the pièce de résistance, a bold and blunt clip-in fringe was added to the style.

Isabella Hyde, from Rush in Piccadilly has always been inspired by the work from the F.A.M.E. Team "It's a great way to work with talented people and icons in the industry. I'm particularly excited to work on photoshoots and learn what it takes to make them a success". Working with her model's natural texture, Isabella added movement through the hair with loose pin-curls, before sweeping the hair up into a super-cool rockabilly updo for the second look of the shoot.
