HYPER REAL

Bright eyes, glowing skin and white teeth are coveted signs of being exceptionally beautiful and in good health; and shiny hair is no different. Tresses that showcase a glossy texture and light-reflecting polish are much lusted-after; absolutely everyone wants hair which looks luminous.

In the spring season, this shining, shimmery hair is taking a step up and becoming ultra-reflective and radiant, making it look hyper real and supernatural. Armani set the standard with golden highlights laced throughout the hair. The focus was on creating a super shiny look which is hard to believe.

At Gucci, the stylists took a different take on the trend. Hair was made so reflective and glossed over that it looked soaking wet at the roots, whilst the ponytail was left dry to create emphasis on the sleek head.
