There really are no better straighteners than GHDs. I have previously tried other brands but the old saying is still very true... you get what you pay for. I wouldn't consider anything other than GHDs. I have a very short blunt bob that if it isn't straightened corrected can look really wrong.

Good product but fuse has blown 3 times already, it's heard up quickly and is comfortable to use on short hair but disappointed the fuse keeps popping.

I bought these mini straighteners to replace my previous ghd's which were wider and not as easy to use on my new short hair. Unfortunately I tried a cheaper brand first and was not impressed - I should have just gone for ghd's in the first place - I dont think you can beat them for performance. My old ghd's have found a home with my daughter and she is also impressed with their performance.
