Shipping During the Holidays
Please note that our offices will be closed during the holiday period, as such all orders placed between December 25th - 28th will be dispatched on December 29th. All orders placed between December 1st - 4th will be dispatched on January 5th.
All orders that are received by 2pm (PST) outside of public holidays, will be shipped the same business day. To qualify for overnight shipping, the order must be received no later than 12pm (PST) Monday thru Friday, excluding observance of holidays. All overnight orders that are shipped on Friday will be delivered the following business day.
ghdhair.com is concerned about the safety and security of our customers. Accordingly, we have put a number of technological protections in place to ensure that our transaction process is extremely safe and that our customers' information is secure.
When buying or selling online, caution must always be exercised. The overwhelming majority of online transactions are completed without incident, but ghd have developed the following guidelines to help ensure that your online shopping experience is safe and secure.
Safety and security tips
- If using a public computer or terminal, always log out when you complete an online session.
- ghdhair.com will never e-mail or call a customer and ask that they disclose or verify their credit card, or banking account number. Such information should only be submitted when completing an order on ghdhair.com, registering for payments and contacting ghdhair.com directly.
- If you are contacted by, or receive an unsolicited e-mail from an unknown entity, and are asked to confirm or provide your password or personal or banking information, simply disregard the request and report the incident to ghdhair.com for investigation.
- If you receive a suspected spoofed ghdhair.com e-mail, or discover a fake ghdhair.com web site, please report the incident to ghdhair.com.
It is not uncommon for a request for credit card authorisation to fail once or twice before the card is finally authorised. We will send you an e-mail if we experience difficulties in authorising your credit card. You are always welcome to submit new credit card information to us for a particular order, provided that the order has not yet entered the shipping process.
