Of course, every ghd product is created to the highest standards and rigorously checked before it is unleashed. However, in the event that your ghd styler becomes defective within the limited warranty guidelines, please immediately contact our Customer Service Department at 818-843-9673 or toll free at 877-GHD-ANGEL (443-2643) and we will be happy to assist you.
Prior to contacting us, please verify that the ground fault plug has been reset using the “Reset” button on the plug. In addition, have a copy of your receipt and warranty information ready.

At ghdhairusa.com, we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally, however, you may want to return items to us.
Our 21-day "no quibbles" guarantee
Our "no quibble" guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchases, simply return your purchase in its original packaging, with your original packing slip and ghdhairusa.com Order Confirmation E-mail Receipt within 21-days of your purchase for a refund or exchange.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase after these time periods, please let us know. Your satisfaction is important to us.
A 15% restocking fee applies on all products. To be accepted for return, all products must be returned in the original box and containing all original product packaging and accessories.

Cancellations
All shipped orders are processed immediately. Once an order has been processed, we are unable to cancel the order. However, you may refuse the merchandise upon delivery. A refund will be issued once the merchandise is returned to our warehouse. If you have received the merchandise, you must follow the policy set forth above.
Returning an item
Please follow the steps below to enable us to process your return:
- Re-pack the product(s) in its original packaging and include all warranty cards, manuals and accessories and protective packaging. (To be accepted for return, all products must be returned in the original box and containing all original product packaging and accessories.)
- Send the package, with this completed form, to the address below. For your protection we recommend you use a registered delivery service, insured to the value of your parcel.

We will notify you via e-mail when we have processed your refund. A 15% restocking fee applies on all products, unless the product was damaged during delivery or if the wrong item was shipped.
