I bought this item three weeks ago and despite being helped by two different customer service staff, who both advised me they had looked into this and a replacement would be on it’s way, still haven’t received the item or the promised email advising me of dispatch and tracking. Not bad for guaranteed next day delivery on orders! I have been told other products are available. Will be seeking a refund

I wouldn't use anything else ,had my original pair for apx 12 years !,got another pair for the camper van !Great for short hair a.d auto turnoff .
