GHD AIR® 1600W PROFESSIONAL HAIR DRYER

This dryer is so disappointing. I was so hopeful I would enjoy smoother, less frizzy hair. Sadly the heat is not very hot and my hair is more dry and damaged than it was with my old dryer.

I regret buying this heavy hair dryer that is so slow to dry my hair. Honestly feels like a fake ghd product

Ordered this for our daughter for Christmas to replace a 15 year old model. Not only on sale, but free shipping, delivered within a week if order. Everyone very happy!

I purchased the wrong item, my fault not theirs. However, when I went to return it I was informed that I would need to pay for my own shipping. Per their recommendation I chose a trackable shipping which cost more than $40. I’m glad I chose the trackable option though because I could confirm they received it more than 3 weeks ago. However, no refund was ever issued and my attempts to follow up with them have gone unaddressed. I know it’s the holiday season so some delay can be understandable but I wish they provided a customer service line where I could speak directly to a person who could confirm whether or not I will receive my refund for the product they already got back.

Great to do business with. They ship promptly & it arrives pretty quickly. I do feel like it’s over priced for what it is. The end nozzle doesn’t stay in place. It turns& ya have to keep turning it back. For as much as they cost, I feel like it should be of much better quality.
