Of course every ghd product is created to the highest standards and rigorously checked before it is unleashed. But if, for any reason, you need to return your styler or any other ghd product, we'll ensure the whole process is as simple and speedy as possible.
STEP 1 - FILL OUT THE RETURN FORM
Please download and complete the return form below. This will help you to provide us with the details that will make your return process as fast and simple as possible.
STEP 2 - PREPARING THE PACKAGE
Place your styler/product into secure packaging, the original packaging and its contents are not needed.
In the package you will also need to include:
- Proof of purchase from an authorized retailer
- The Return Form
STEP 3 - SENDING THE PACKAGE
- We highly recommend that you use a registered insured delivery service. This will allow you to keep track of your package.
- If your styler is outside of the warranty period, unfortunately we are unable to repair it.
- Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
