- If you are contacted by, or receive an unsolicited e-mail from an unknown entity, and are asked to confirm or provide your password or personal or banking information, simply disregard the request and report the incident to ghdhair.com for investigation.

You can safely enter your entire credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information.
Why did my credit card authorisation fail?
It is not uncommon for a request for credit card authorisation to fail once or twice before the card is finally authorised. We will send you an e-mail if we experience difficulties in authorising your credit card. You are always welcome to submit new credit card information to us for a particular order, provided that the order has not yet entered the shipping process.

We know that our urban angels can't live without their ghd products so we aim to get your product delivered to you as fast as possible and in the best possible condition.
Free delivery in SA excluding flammable items
Our free delivery service is only available within SA. The countries below will be charged for delivery costs:
- Namibia
- Botswana
- Lesotho
- Swaziland
- Mozambique
Delivery restrictions:
Any flammable products purchased will take an additional 48hrs to deliver. Flammable products include:
- ghd maximise mousse
- ghd ultimate hairspray
- ghd reflection spray
- ghd fixation spray
Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to cluster boxes or post offices and we can only deliver to a physical address.
