Returns

Every ghd product is created to the highest standards and rigorously checked before it is unleashed. But if, for any reason, you need to return your styler or any other ghd product, we’ll ensure a simple and speedy process.

We have outlined a brief summary below and if you need any further advice or assistance our customer service team will be happy to help.

STEP 1 - Fill in the online form

  • Please download and fill in the returns form. This will provide us with the details necessary to make your return process as fast and simple as possible.
  • For stylers still in warranty, download the in-warranty returns form
  • For stylers out of warranty, download the out-of-warranty returns form

STEP 2 - Return the form to ghd

  • Once the form is completed, return the document and a copy of your proof of purchase to our customer care department via email or fax.
  • Your details will be forwarded onto our courier service who will contact you to arrange a free of charge collection.

STEP 3 - Prepare the package

  • Please place your styler in your original ghd packaging (should you still have this) for collection by our courier service.

STEP 4 - Sending the package

  • On collection, the driver will hand you a flyer and give you a copy of a courier waybill for tracking purposes.
  • The package will be sent with overnight courier to our Returns Centre in Durban

We always aim to handle your return within three to five working days (should your styler still be under guarantee) and within 72 working hours for a quotation (should your styler fall out of warranty or is damaged due to negligence) on receipt of the package.
