Upon opening the box, I immediately noticed that the product was not in new condition. There was no protective film on the iron, and the power cord looked loose and had been tied back together. All signs indicated that the product had been used, and to my dismay, I even found a hair on it just before I was about to plug it in. I contacted customer service and was asked for photo proof (who would keep a hair from an unknown user?), but GHD denied my exchange request and stated that I am still responsible for the return fee. I am certain that if I had ordered from Nordstrom, they would have exchanged the item without question. I will never purchase from GHD again. This is unacceptable customer service!

Still as good as ever

I have used a ghd hair straightener for many years. This was to replace my previous one. I wouldn't be without it. My hair is much shinier and looks so much better thanks to these straighteners.

The go-to straightners

My faithful GHD straighteners stopped working after eight years. Couldn’t afford the more expensive models so went for the basic model, same one as I had before, and am extremely satisfied. There are a few updates and they’re great, no complaints at all.
