Best straightener.These straighteners are great for short or long hair, I’ve had both so I have used them to straighten, to flick, to curl etc etc...I have used over at least 30 different tongs and straighteners over the years and find these do not wreck my hair, in fact this is why I tried them in the first place. This is my second purchase of GHD and I will not buy anything else. Glides through hairWould highly recommend these straighteners. Best I've had. Glides through hair whereas others I've tried drag hair causing hair to break. Leaves hair with a great shine.

Good styler for thick hairThis is my second GHD styler, this time I opted for the Max Styler. Ghd's are obviously more pricy, but they do seem to be worth it. A stylish design, study to hold, heats up in no time and manages to make my thick long hair look straight as though I have just come out of the salon. Ideal product.

Time savingsI am used to Ghd's straighteners.my old Ghd last for good 16 years.So orderd bigger plates straightener,bigger plates great time savings.when u washed your hairs u don't need to conditioned, straightener will do it abd will leave ur hairs silky and manageable.Great product would recommend.

Brilliant StraightenersI have the GHD Max Straighteners with the wider plates, but since they are quite old now and my hair is shorter, I decided to invest in the GHD Gold Styler which has the regular width plates. I love them! I can straighten my hair very quickly and the effect lasts, which means less use and better condition for my hair. I can get a really sleek finish which is amazing as my hair is very thick and wavy, and prone to frizz. The straighteners heat up fast and look great. I already have the GHD case and heat mat, but if I didn't I would definitely get one to store the straighteners properly and transport them on holiday.

The bestI have really thick hair and always had the fluffy just got rained on look with my old straighteners. But these leave my hair silky smooth in a fraction of the time. I’ve also mastered the wavey look. Wish I’d bought them long ago.

Amaizing hair days!I have an extremely fine hair, therefore very fragile and susceptible to breakage. My hair is also very slippery for what I used to find it hard to style and even harder to STAY in style. With my new ghd platinum plus my hair style lasts for days, which is the thing I love the most about platinum plus. Before I had to straighten my hair every day to keep them nice and straight, now I do it only when I wash my hair. Love love love my ghd V Mini StylerI have short hair and I always thought that ghd stylers were used only by people with long hair. My only regret is that I never realised that there was such a thing as a ghd V Gold Mini styler before. I think you need to improve on your advertising, to bring this fact to people with short hair - that stylers are not only for people with long hair - short hair can be styled beautifully. Best buyMy hair is regrowing following chemotherapy and I was at the point of despair as it was so curly my natural hair is curly which I have had chemically straightened and used ghd straighteners on for 15 years plus chemo curl !! These straighteners solved the problem the heating plate is thin enough for my very short hair and they straighten it in one sweep I did think of buying cheaper ones thinking I wouldn't be using them for long but I am so glad I bought these

another excellent productAnother amazing product from GHD. I do have one thing to say about it though, my hair did catch a few times when I used these the first time. I don't enjoy having my hair pulled out but hoping this won't continue to happen. This is the only reason that I have marked it down one star. The straighteners warm up quickly and glided through my hair. It was not a case of having to straighten the same area a few times, it was smooth despite the catching my hair on the side. best flat ironI straighten my hair quite a bit and have used several different flat irons. I found the GHD platinum iron works the best for my hair. It's quick heat time and heat adjustment for your specific type of hair is something the other flat irons didn't offer. It makes my hair have the exact straight look I desire. Although the cost is a bit higher than others, it is well worth the money. I love this product and have been recommending it to others.
