step two: Tie away one side

step three: At top of other side, create triangle section and split in three

Take the inner strand of hair and pass it under the middle strand.

step five: Pass outer strand under middle strand
Then take the outer strand and pass it under the middle strand.

step six: Add small amount of hair to strands and pass under again
On the second pass, start to add a small amount of hair, taking the time to ensure it’s neat, and then pass under.

step seven: Continue this technique, adding hair each pass
Continue this technique, continually adding hair and passing under each time.
TIP: Keep your sections tight will create a more defined braid.

step eight: Once at the bottom, secure
Once you reach the bottom of the head, secure the hair with a clear elastic.

step nine: Repeat on other side
Repeat the braiding technique on the other side of your head.

step ten: Gently flatten braid
Pull gently on the braid to fatten.

step eleven: Spray remaining hair with curl hold product
Spritz the remaining hair on each braid with ghd curl hold spray.

step twelve: Twist wrap hair around curling wand
Using the ghd curve® creative curl wand, take random sections and twist wrap around the barrel, holding for 5-8 seconds.

step thirteen: Continue curling for textured look
Continue curling the hair in any direction for a loose and tousled texture.
TIP: Wrap a small piece of hair around the elastic and grip in place to hide.
