Excellent quality hairdryerPreviously had a Remington hairdryer. This was a birthday gift for my sister, who has said the Ghd hairdryer is amazing. The buttons are on the outside of the handle instead of the inside of the handle which is great so you don't accidentally turn the dryer off. The power is less strong than the Remington, which is great too as it doesn't burn the hair. Looks great and stylish. Would highly recommend to others.

Quick to dry my hairMy new GHD hair dryer is really powerful and dries my hair in half the time of my old hair dryer. It is quieter than previous ones I’ve used and just feels much better quality. Love it.

protects my aging thinning colour-treated hairAlthough ghd recommend this primarily for waves either in curly hair or fine, straight hair, it has more uses than that. I have menopausal hair - thinning and greying - so I have started colouring it. Because it is so thin now it gets the flyaway frizzies very easily, especially in damp, windy weather or at the seaside. Consequently I give it the featherbed treatment with gentle shampoos, lots of conditioning, volumising sprays etc. I bought a ghd Air because it is gentler on my hair as it is ... læs mere not so hot as many of the other power hairdryers and I got a diffuser too. I find now that using this I can dry my roots very quickly without overdrying the ends of my hair, and it has massively reduced the need for a brush whilst drying it. So the whole process is very quick but much gentler on my precious hair and it ends up beautifully sleek and shiny with volume. The diffuser feels awkward and clunky to use, and I can't find a good video on the ghd website showing it in action, unlike the other attachments, but it works brilliantly, so who cares!

great product and companyI lost the diffuser that came with my original hair dryer and ordered one from ghd. It came quickly and was exactly the right part for my model. Works amazingly!

Smooth Hair, Quick DryingI really dont know how I lived without this dryer! I have very fine hair which I usually would need to straighten after blow drying however this dryer smoothes my hair so well that I only really need to run the GHD glide through lightly if I am going out. It leaves my hair feeling so sleek and shiny and in much better condition that from when I used cheaper dryers before. So pleased I took the plunge, yes its pricey but if it lasts as long as my GHD straighteners (11 years and counting!) then ... læs mere cost per use will be down to almost zero! Great productI love my new GHD Air dryer. It dries hair quickly and leaves it feeling soft, shiny and silky. The add ons really work well together in the kit. Even the diffuser defines my wavy hair. The only thing I would prefer is if the low setting wasn’t so powerful. When trying to blowdry the hair straight, the force of the air on the low setting sends the hair in all directions which is hard to manage when doing your own hair. Other than this I am satisfied with the product.
