STEP-BY-STEPS

Here’s how to create a chunky pull-through braid
1. Brush hair into ponytail (A)
2. Create another ponytail below (B)
3. Split pony A in 2
4. Pull ponytail B between the two sections and secure
5. Bring two sections from ponytail A together and secure
6. Split ponytail B in half
7. Pull ponytail A through the sectioned ponytail B and secure
8. Create new ponytail (C) and split
9. Join sections for ponytail C with sections of ponytail B,
tie together under ponytail A
10. Repeat steps 3, 4, 5 & 6

step one: Brush hair into ponytail (A)
Take a section from the front hairline to the crown and brush the hair smoothly into a ponytail using a ghd paddle brush, securing with a clear elastic. We will call this Ponytail A.

step two: Create another ponytail (B) below
Create a second ponytail (ponytail B) directly underneath.

step three: Split ponytail A in 2
Divide ponytail A in to 2 equal sections.

step four: Pull ponytail B between the two sections and secure
Pull ponytail B up in-between these two pieces and secure the loose tail on the top of the head with a sectioning clip.

step five: Bring two sections from ponytail A together and secure
Take the two sections from ponytail A and bring together and secure with a clear elastic under ponytail B.

step six: Split ponytail B in half
Drop down ponytail B and divide in to two.

step seven: Pull ponytail A through the sectioned ponytail B and secure
Pull ponytail A up in-between these two pieces and secure the loose tail on the top of the head with a sectioning clip.

step eight: Create new ponytail (C) and split
Create another ponytail (ponytail C) and divide into two.

step nine: Join sections for ponytail C with sections of ponytail B, tie together under ponytail A
Take these two section into the two sections of ponytail B, and bring together with a clear elastic under ponytail A.

step ten: Repeat steps 3, 4, 5 & 6
Continue step 3 to 6 until you run out of hair.
