ON FINE HAIR:
1. Prep damp hair with volume foam
2. Section off hair
3. Backcomb your section of hair
4. Lock your look in place
5. Curl your remaining hair

step 1: Prep damp hair with volume foam
Apply four pumps of ghd total volume foam to damp hair then blow-dry with the ghd air® professional hairdryer.
step 2: Section off hair
Once your hair is dry, section off your quiff. On both sides of your head, run a finger from your temple through your hair until you meet the crown of your head.
step 3: Backcomb your section of hair
Take the ghd tail comb and begin backcombing your section of hair, working from the ends downwards.
step 4: Lock the look in place
Using the ghd oval dressing brush, smooth over the top and secure in place at the back of your head with two hair pins. Finish with a spritz of ghd final fix hairspray.
step 5: Curl your remaining hair
Use the ghd curve® classic curl tong to curl the rest of your hair in small sections.

ON THICK HAIR:
1. Brush through your locks
2. Section off your hair

step 1: Brush through locks
Use the ghd paddle brush to smooth out your tresses. Brush through all of your hair until fully detangled.
step 2: Section off hair
Once brushed, section off your quiff by running a finger from your temple through your hair to your crown on both sides of your head.
step 3: Tease your section of hair
Use the ghd tail comb to backcomb the section of hair you’ve created, moving from the ends towards the roots.
step 4: Secure the style

Backcomb your section of hair using the ghd tail comb, gently working upwards.
step 5: Secure the quiff in place
Take the ghd oval dressing brush and use it to smooth over your quiff. Hold it in place using a few hair pins and spritz with ghd final fix hairspray.
step 6: Create a ponytail
Take the rest of your hair and pull it back into a ponytail. Secure in place with a hair tie.
