Here’s how to create a plumped up braid

1. Create triangle section of hair and secure rest away

2. Take small section, place in crimper at root and hold

3. Continue down to the end of the section

4. Create French plait at back of head

5. Add hairband to end

Prepare the hair with ghd heat protect spray, before sectioning the hair at below the ear from side to side. Then, starting at the top of section, begin to crimp along entire length of hair using the ghd contour®.

Continue working through the hair with the ghd contour®, adding in extra layers each time the previous is completed. It is important to ensure you don’t crimp hair above the ear level.
