step one: Spray hair with root lift spray
To help give your hair that added volume, prep the damp hair with ghd root lift spray.

step two: Dry in product
Dry the root lift spray into hair using ghd air® hairdryer.

step three: Take horizontal section
Take a horizontal section of hair from above the ear

step four: Divide in two
Then divide that section into two parts

step five: Place section in styler, rotate one turn and glide
Place section between ghd platinum® styler plates and keeping the styler horizontal, rotate 360 degrees and gently pull through to the ends of the hair.

step six: Curl defined
This technique creates a defined curl.

step seven: Work through curls with paddle brush
Gently brush through the curls with the ghd paddle brush to transform into soft waves.

step eight: Section at crown and backcomb
Section the hair at the crown and lightly backcomb to create lift at the roots.

step nine: Twist section of hair
To start making your victory roll, tightly twist this section of hair.

step ten: Roll hair to create knot and pin
Roll the hair up into itself to create a knot-effect and then pin to secure in place.
