STYLING ON THE GO
“It seems like most mornings we don’t have as much time to get ready as we’d like. Here are 5 tips to help you get stylish hair even when you are on the go.” – ghd Ambassador, Stephanie Brinkerhoff

A top knot braid.
Use the ghd platinum™ iron to straighten the hair just around your hairline. Pull all of your hair up into a high ponytail. Braid the ponytail, wrap it around itself and secure with bobby pins. Only straightening the hairline (instead of all of your hair) will make your hair look a lot more done than it actually is.
A side braid.
Gather all of your hair over one shoulder and do a braid going down the side. Loosely pull out a few hairs around your face and use the ghd curve® classic curl iron to curl them away from your face. Fixing just a few pieces around your face will make your hairstyle look put together.

Wear your natural curl.
Obviously this isn’t something we can all get away with, but if you can, then go for it! Whenever I know I’m going to have an early morning, I’ll wash my hair the night before and let it air dry over night. Then all I have to do in the morning is touch up a few pieces on top with the ghd curve® creative curl wand, and I’m set to go!
Throw on a scarf.
Second day hair is often the best, but our scalp and roots tend to start looking oily. Throw on a scarf or head wrap, touch up the ends of your hair with the ghd curve® classic wave wand, and you’ll look refreshed and good as new, plus, extra stylish!

Clip up your bangs.
Often times all we need to go from drab to fab is a little something fun going on with our bangs! Braid or twist them back in the front, creating a point of interest around your face, then use the ghd platinum™ styler to loosely smooth out the ends.
