GHD PLATINUM+ STYLER - 1" FLAT IRON

I purchased platinum ghd’s and heat mat. I only received the mat but was not informed by ghd that I was not going to receive the straighteners as they had no more in stock until I rang to query. I was then told they had some more in stock so would send. I then received a what’s app message to say that I had to re-order these. I rang them and was told I could not do this on the phone when I queried so had to go online to do so. I had to pay for a new set and in order to get a refund for the set which I has originally ordered and paid for which I had not received I had to send ghd the new order number….. in fact I had to do this twice. After numerous frustrated emails back and forth I rang and after a couple of days this was sorted. This should not have happened. I was out of pocket, the original straighteners should have been sent out to me immediately when they received more stock, I should not have had to wait so long for the money to be reimbursed. I should not have had to reorder more and should not have had to send the new order number to them twice before I was reimbursed. I’ve always gone direct to ghd but will never order from them in future. This was bought as a birthday present but did not arrive in time to give as a present! Disappointed and disgruntled customer.

Good quality and leaves your hair silky. Straightens quickly and heat is regulated.

Decided to upgrade from GHD IV styler after more than 10 years. After using the GHD Platinum + only once, I could see a huge difference already. I have fine and frizzy hair, but the GHD platinum+ straightens my hair so much easier, and leaves it shinier. My hair also stays straight for longer. Very happy with my purchase.

I have had the worse experience ever! I ordered my straightener 2 weeks ago, and on the website its promised next day delivery. Believe it or not its not delivered. They blame delivery company, and told me the package was ruined and then they sent new one.. but still not received anything and still no tracking number on the new ordered. Dont order from this website!!
