STEP BY STEPS

APPLY PRODUCT TO DAMP HAIR

Pump ghd Total Volume Foam into your hands and apply to damp hair.

USE A HAIR DRYER TO ROUGHLY BLOW-DRY LOCKS

Use the ghd air® professional hair dryer to blow-dry your hair until it’s 80% dry.

SEPARATE THE FRONT SECTION FROM CROWN TO THE EAR, THEN TWIST ONE SIDE BACK INTO A LOOSE BUN

Using the ghd Tail Comb, separate the front section from the crown to the ear. Then twist one side back into a loose bun and secure with a hair pin.

REPEAT ON OPPISITE SIDE

Now take the remaining section and twist it back into a loose bun and secure with a hair pin.

SECTION FROM EAR TO EAR

Use the comb again to section your hair from ear to ear at the back of the head. Use a sectioning clip to pin the top half of your hair out of the way.

SPLIT THE BOTTOM SECTION IN HALF AND CREATE TWO TWISTED BUNS

Divide the bottom section of hair and create a twisted bun on each side of your head. Secure in place with hair pins.

RELEASE THE TOP SECTION AN SPLIT INTO THREE. REPEATTHE TWISTED BUN TECHNIQUE ON EACH SECTION

Remove the sectioning clip and release your hair. Split it into three equal sections and repeat the twisted bun on each.

USE A DIFFUSER TO WORK AROUND THE HAIR

Attach the ghd air® diffuser to your hairdryer for a more gentle airflow, and use it to dry the rest of your hair.

RELEASE THE BUNS AND SHAKE OUT INTO LOOSE WAVES

Take out all the hair pins and use your fingers to shake out your locks into waves.

TILT YOUR HEAD BACK AND RUN YOUR FINGERS THROUGH YOUR HAIR

Dress your waves by tilting your head backwards and running your fingers gently through your hair.

FLIP THE HAIR IN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION ON THE PARTING

To encourage height at the front, flip the front in the opposite direction of your parting.

RUB A FINGER-SCOOP OF DRY WAX THROUGH YOUR HAIR

For extra texture, apply a finger scoop of dry wax into your hand, and rub it backwards and forwards through your hair.
