The small barrel of the ghd the blow dryer - radial brush size 1 (25mm barrel) is perfect for creating root lift in shorter styles and blow-drying fringes or shorter layers. This ceramic-barrelled hair brush retains the heat from your hair dryer to allow for a faster blow-dry.

How to use: Blast hair with your hair dryer until it is 80% dry. Working with small sections, place the hair brush into the root area and direct the heat from your hair dryer at the barrel. Keep the tension as you move the hair brush through your hair, directing the nozzle of your hair dryer at the barrel as you go.

Style tip: Always keep the nozzle on your hair dryer when blow-drying. For a sleek blow-dry, pull the hair brush downwards through your hair, pull it upwards if you want to create more volume.

Care advice: To clean your hair brush, bristles may be briefly agitated in warm soapy water, but never use ammonia or harsh detergents.
