3.2  You may access this Site only to participate in the Site or make Contributions (as defined below) or to place an order for Products. 5.               User Review and Contributions

5.1  Users of the Site may submit product reviews, profiles, images, portfolios, videos, instructions, comments, questions, feedback, ideas, suggestions or other information or materials via the Site or otherwise (collectively “Contributions”), so long as such Contributions comply with our contribution standards, set out below in clause 5.2 (“Contribution Standards”).

5.2  Contribution Standards

5.2.1  These standards apply to any and all material which you contribute to this Site, and to any interactive services associated with it including our Salon & Stylist Feed.  You must comply with the spirit of the following standards as well as the letter.  The standards apply to each part of any contribution as well as to its whole.

5.2.2  Contributions must:  be accurate (where they state facts);  be genuinely held (where they state opinions); and  comply with applicable law in Spain.

5.2.3  Contributions must not:  contain any material which is defamatory of any person, obscene, offensive, hateful or inflammatory;  promote sexually explicit material;  promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age;  advocate, promote or assist any illegal act, including, but not limited to, violence or computer misuse or the infringement of the intellectual property rights of any other person;  be made in breach of any legal duty owed to a third party, such as a contractual duty or a duty of confidence;  be threatening, abuse or invade another’s privacy, or cause annoyance, inconvenience or needless anxiety or be likely to harass, upset, embarrass, alarm or annoy any other person;  be likely to deceive any person or be used to impersonate any person, or to misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person; or  give the impression that they emanate from us, if this is not the case.

5.3  Failure to comply with the Contribution Standards constitutes a material breach of the Terms of Use upon which you are permitted to use this Site. If a breach of the Contribution Standards has occurred in our reasonable discretion and/or if we receive a claim by a third party, we may take such action as we deem appropriate, including taking all or any of the following actions:

5.3.1  immediate, temporary or permanent withdrawal of your right to use this Site;

5.3.2  immediate, temporary or permanent removal of any posting or material uploaded by you to this Site;

5.3.3  issue of a warning to you;

5.3.4  legal proceedings against you for reimbursement of all costs on an indemnity basis (including, but not limited to, reasonable administrative and legal costs) resulting from the breach;

5.3.5  further legal action against you; and

5.3.6  disclosure of such information to law enforcement authorities as we reasonably feel is necessary.

5.4  Any Contributions shall be and remain our property, and by making a Contribution to the Site you agree to assign to us all worldwide rights, title and interest in all intellectual property in your Contributions.  Thus, we will own exclusively all such rights, title and interests in any Contributions, and shall not be limited in any way in its use, commercial or otherwise, of any Contributions.  We are and shall be under no obligation to maintain any Contributions in confidence, to pay any compensation or royalty for any Contributions, or to respond to any Contributions.

5.5  For the avoidance of doubt, you agree to assign exclusively to ghd all Intellectual Property Rights over your Contributions, without any temporary or territorial limitation, with power to transfer to third parties through any methods of operation and means of dissemination now known or hereafter under the terms and conditions as similar as possible to the agreed transfer, pledging and being in any case the parties are obliged, under the current applicable legislation and / or territory, to provide, endorse and sign a few documents were necessary for maximum effectiveness and full transfer of the rights provided. 6.5  We do not seek to exclude or limit our liability to you for:

6.5.1 death or personal injury caused by our negligence;

6.5.2  fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;

6.5.3  any liability arising under the applicable consumer laws and regulations; or

6.5.4  any matter for which it would be illegal for us to exclude, or attempt to exclude, our liability.

7.               Miscellaneous

7.1  These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Spain.

7.2  If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, it will be severed from the rest of these Terms of Use which shall remain unaffected.

7.3  No delay or failure by us to exercise any powers, rights or remedies under these Terms of Use will operate as a waiver of them, nor will any single or partial exercise of any such powers, rights or remedies preclude any other or further exercise of them.

Entrega, titularidad y riesgos

  4. La propiedad de los productos solicitados le corresponderá una vez recibido el pago total. Una vez que haya recibido los productos, usted será responsable todote cualquier daño o pérdida de los mismo. Si decidiera cancelar el pedido de acuerdo con la cláusula 6, deberá mantener los productos en un razonable estado de conservación hasta que nos sean devueltos.

Cancelación y devolución de productos

  1. Si desea cancelar el pedido, podrá hacerlo en cualquier momento hasta siete (7) días hábiles inclusive a partir de la recepción de los productos. Toda cancelación deberá ser comunicada por escrito.
  2. Una vez realizada la cancelación del pedido, todos los productos deberán devolverse inmediatamente y, en cualquier caso, dentro de los catorce (14) días. El riesgo que incurra la devolución está bajo su responsabilidad y (según la cláusula 6.5) bajo su coste. Recomendamos que los productos sean devueltos por medio de Nacex y/o un servicio de mensajería para que podamos verificar su recepción. Tenga en cuenta que si desea cancelar o ha cancelado el pedido, tiene la obligación de mantener los productos en las mismas condiciones en que se recibieron. Para evitar dudas, todo producto que ha sido usado y/o alterado no se considerará en condiciones a los fines de la cláusula 6.2.
  3. Salvo lo dispuesto en la cláusula 6.4, el dinero abonado por los productos que se detallan en el pedido cancelado se reembolsará a su tarjeta de crédito o de débito dentro de los treinta (30) días de recibido del aviso de cancelación.
  4. En caso de que incumpliera con la devolución de los productos de acuerdo a lo dispuesto en la cláusula 6.2, tendremos el derecho, según la cláusula 6.3, a deducir del reembolso los gastos en los que incurrimos para recuperar los productos.
  5. Usted no será responsable de los gastos incurridos por la devolución de productos fallados o defectuosos, o distintos a los especificados en su pedido. En estos casos, se le reembolsarán los gastos de envío razonables en los que haya incurrido.
  6. En caso de cancelar pedidos o devolver productos, sírvase especificar el motivo de la devolución. También adjunte el aviso de entrega de los productos que devuelve.
  7. Las disposiciones acerca de las cancelaciones y devoluciones dentro de estos Términos y Condiciones de venta no afectan sus derechos legales como consumidor.

Propiedad intelectual

  1. Todos y cada uno de los derechos de propiedad intelectual relacionados con los productos, así como los existentes entre usted y nosotros, seguirán siendo propiedad exclusiva de Jemella Limited, que comercializa bajo el nombre de “nu:u“.

Garantías y responsabilidad

  1. Garantizamos que en el momento de la entrega los productos, éstos serán de una calidad satisfactoria, se ajustarán a la descripción ofrecida en el sitio web y serán aptos para cumplir su propósito. A excepción del propósito generalmente aceptado de los productos comercializados a través de este sitio web, usted no ha identificado ningún otro propósito específico.
  2. Salvo lo expresamente expuesto en estos Términos y Condiciones de venta, todas las garantías, condiciones y otros términos implícitos por estatuto se excluyen hasta el límite máximo permitido por ley.
  3. Usted deberá notificarnos por escrito cualquier reclamación basada en un defecto de la calidad o en el estado de los productos, o si éstos no correspondieran a las especificaciones y/o las descripciones, y tal notificación deberá efectuarse dentro de los siete (7) días hábiles a partir de la fecha de entrega o (cuando el defecto o fallo no sea evidente en la primera inspección) dentro de un tiempo razonable después de descubierto el defecto o fallo. Para evitar dudas, no seremos responsables por cualquier defecto que surja del desgaste normal de los productos, del daño intencional, de la negligencia o del mal uso del producto, o del uso contrario a las instrucciones.

  5. Los títulos y subtítulos se insertan únicamente con fines de practicidad y no deben afectar la interpretación de estos Términos y Condiciones de venta.

ghd and (if you agree to our sharing your personal information with them) other members of the ghd group of companies may wish to provide you with information about new products, promotions, special offers and other which may be of interest to you and invite you to take part in market research. If you believe that any information we have about you is incorrect or incomplete, please write to or e-mail us as soon as possible.  We will correct or update any information as soon as possible.

Security and storage

Please remember that the internet is not a secure medium.  Communications over the internet such as e-mails are not secure unless they have been encrypted.

We have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.  We use industry standard encryption technologies when collecting or transferring customer credit card information exchanged with our Site server - all your card details are passed from your browser to our secure payment gateway using secure sockets layer (SSL) encryption.  Our payment gateway provider use secure sockets layer (SSL) encryption system.  All other information transferred is conducted through a secure connection.

  • Este documento establece los términos y condiciones que se aplicarán en la participación en el concurso ghd aura través de Instagram.
  • ghd España se reserva el derecho a cambiar estos términos en cualquier momento y a comunicar los cambios a los participantes mediante la actualización de estos términos en Instagram.
  • Por participar en este concurso se considerará que todos los participantes aceptan y están de acuerdo con estos términos.


  • Para participar en el concurso será obligatorio:
  1. ser mayor de edad.
  2. ser residente en España o dirección de envío en España.

  • Para participar en el concurso, todos los concursantes deben:
  1. Tener un perfil en Instagram.
  2. Para participar a través de Instagram:

a.       Demuestra qué harías por tener tu ghd aura. Haz una foto o un vídeo mostrando de una forma original qué estarías dispuesta a hacer por conseguir tu ghd aura. Tienes dos opciones:

b.      Sube tu foto a Instagram con el hashtag #yoporunaura y etiqueta a ghd España (@ghdspain).

c.       Sube tu vídeo a Instagram con el hashtag #yoporunaura y menciona a ghd España (@ghdspain).

  • Si no se incluye #yoporunaura y @ghdspain junto con la foto o vídeo, la participación no será aceptada.
  • No será necesario la compra de ningún producto para participar en el concurso.
  • Entre todos los participantes, los ganadores serán seleccionados por un jurado independiente y contactados en el plazo de una semana posterior al cierre del concurso.
  • El concurso estará vigente desde el 25 de septiembre al 10 de octubre. Una vez cerrado el concurso, no se contabilizarán las fotos o vídeos que se suban a partir de esa fecha. El 14 de octubre se conocerán los ganadores a través de su perfil, ghd se podrá en contacto con los ganadores.
  • No se permitirá la participación a empleados de ghd así como a ninguno de sus familiares.
  • ghd no se hace responsable de entradas fuera del plazo del concurso, fotos o vídeos fraudulentos o incompletos.


  • Habrá 10 ganadores. Los ganadores del concurso recibirán un secador ghd aura.
  • En caso de no localizar a todos o algunos de los ganadores tras tres intentos, ghd seleccionará otro ganador de entre los participantes.
  • Los ganadores recibirán su premio en un plazo de 28 días desde el cierre del concurso.
  • No hay ninguna alternativa de cambio por dinero en efectivo. ghd se reserva el derecho de sustituir cualquier premio con un premio de valor equivalente en caso de circunstancias fuera de su control.
  • El nombre de los ganadores serán público y serán accesible para todos aquellos que lo soliciten a ghd.


  • La decisión final de elegir a los ganadores corresponde a ghd.
  • ghd se reserva el derecho de suspender, finalizar el concurso o alargar la fecha de cierre del mismo.
  • Las bases de este concurso están de acuerdo con la ley Española.

Como resultado de la participación en el concurso, ghd recogerá datos personales relativos a los participantes. Propiedad Intelectual

Los participantes autorizan a ghd la licencia no exclusiva, para usar los materiales subidos a Instagram y publicar en otras redes sociales como Facebook, Twitter o Pinterest, y participar en actividades promocionales.
