RECEIVING YOUR REFUND
We always aim to process your return within 14 days of receipt at our warehouse, please note that once a refund has been actioned it may take between 3-5 days to reflect in your account. FAULTY PRODUCT WARRANTY RETURN
Every ghd product is created to the highest standards and rigorously checked before it is unleashed. Should your styler or any other ghd product need to be returned due to a manufacturing fault, we’ll ensure a simple and speedy process.
