1 FILL IN THE ONLINE WARRANTY RETURN FORM
Please fill in the warranty returns form below. This will help you to provide us with the details that will make your return process as fast and as simple as possible. By raising this warranty claim, you are agreeing to receiving a replacement. For refund requests, you must contact our customer support team directly.
2 PRODUCING THE RETURN FORM

Insert date code of your product into the order number field. Click submit and print PDF label from downloads folder.
3 PREPARING THE PACKAGE
Pack up your product in secure packaging. Do not send original packaging, accessories, dryer nozzles, heat resistant mat or rollbags. We cannot recover these items if returned and are not liable to replace.
4 SENDING THE PACKAGE
Stick the label on the package you’re returning. Drop it off at your nearest NZ Post Office or NZ Post Street Box.
