Of course every ghd product is created to the highest standards and rigorously checked before it is unleashed. But if, for any reason, you need to return your styler or any other ghd product, we'll ensure the whole process is as simple and speedy as possible.
FILL IN THE ONLINE RETURN FORM
Please fill in the returns form below. This will help you to provide us with the details that will make your return process as fast and simple as possible.
PRODUCING THE RETURN FORM
You will be emailed and given the option to print your returns form, we require you to include this with your styler/product.
You will also receive a postage paid label which you will need to attach to the outer package.
PREPARING THE PACKAGE
Place your styler/product into secure packaging, the original packaging and its contents are not needed.
In the package you will also need to include:
- The printed Return Form
- Attach the pre paid postage label to the outer of the package
SENDING THE PACKAGE
- The package should be sent to the address on the pre-paid label produced at the end of the returns form process.
Will I have to pay for my styler to be returned?
Within the warranty period we will cover any return charges to NZ addresses. Regrettably we are unable to cover any postage costs outside the NZ.
