EXTENDED FESTIVE SEASON RETURNS POLICY - GHDHAIR.COM
We understand the festive season is a busy time, so we’ve extended our returns window. Orders placed between 10 December 2025 and 10 January 2026 may be returned until 20 January 2026. Terms and Conditions apply.

Purchases from ghdhair.com/za are covered by our 10-day hassle-free returns policy for change-of-mind returns (on a goodwill basis). Terms and Conditions apply.
Return your product within 10 days of receipt for a full refund, provided:
- The item is unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- Proof of purchase is provided.
Note: Change-of-mind returns are not a legal right under the CPA; they are offered at our discretion.

YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS UNDER SOUTH AFRICAN LAW
In addition to our policy, the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) and ECTA provide the following rights:
- Defective or unsafe goods: You may return goods within 6 months of delivery for a replacement or refund at our cost.
- Cooling-off period for online purchases: Under ECTA, you may cancel within 7 days of receipt for a full refund (excluding return shipping costs). Refunds will be processed within 30 days of cancellation.
- Goods not as described or unsuitable for a communicated purpose: You may return within 10 business days at our expense.

We aim to process returns within 14 days of receipt by our customer service team.

Once processed, refunds typically reflect in your account within 3-5 business days.
- For ECTA cancellations, refunds must be completed within 30 days.
FAULTY PRODUCT WARRANTY RETURN
Every ghd product is created to the highest standards and rigorously checked before it is unleashed. Should your styler or any other ghd product need to be returned due to a manufacturing fault, we’ll ensure a simple and speedy process.
