NEW GHD SCULPT INTERACTIVE HAIR STRAIGHTENER (26MM PLATE) WHITE

I’ve been using this product for around 3–4 weeks now, and unfortunately, I’ve been really disappointed with it. It was advertised as causing “zero damage” and as being able to adjust to your hair, which was one of the main reasons I decided to purchase it. However, every single time I’ve used it, my hair has visibly smoked and has been left with a strong, unpleasant smell afterwards. I’ve now tried using it around five times and have made sure to eliminate other possible causes, such as having no additional products in my hair. I’ve also looked into why this might be happening and tried different things, but I’ve had the same result every time. Because of this, I don’t feel confident that my hair is actually being protected as advertised, which is particularly concerning given the claims made about the product. For the price I paid, I have to say I’m very disappointed and expected much better. One other, slightly more random point to be aware of is the plug. It’s quite elongated, so if you have lower plug sockets, particularly ones positioned on or close to the skirting board, you may find it difficult to plug the product in and use it comfortably. I can’t actually use mine in my bedroom for this reason. It’s something worth considering depending on where your plug sockets are located. Overall, unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this product, especially considering the price, based on my experience.

Happy with my upgraded GHD’s. Give a lovely smooth finish either straight or curly. Finished off with the smoothing serum. Very happy with my purchase with the added bonus of a 30% discount.

Nothing wrong with the product but definitely not worth paying double the price of competitor straighteners.

Have been using these now for a week, my hair is so shiny and feels so much healthier. A few people have commented including my hairdresser! Definitely worth the money.
