Pre-Orders
Pre-ordering gives you the chance to be to be amongst the first to order selected limited edition and newly released ghd products.
You can place a pre-order for a product in the same way as you would with any other order and the expected dispatch date will be displayed on the product, basket and checkout pages. Please be aware if you place an order that contains both pre-order and currently available products, you won't receive the order until all of the products are ready for delivery. If you would like to receive an 'in stock' product sooner, please order this product separately from the pre-order product.
Acceptance of Pre-Orders will take place when we dispatch the product ordered.
Sales are charged at the time the Pre-Order item becomes available which is usually 3-4 days before the item is dispatched. If there is a billing issue that prevents us from charging your account, then your order will be cancelled and we will notify you via email how you can fulfill your order.

We’re currently trialling the way we take payments in our store and we hope that's going to be good news for all of our customers. You may also be offered to pay after delivery, receiving 14 days to complete the payment at your convenience and at no extra cost, to help improve the ease with which you can place orders on ghdhair.com and remove the fuss of paying for your order until you’re ready to do so.
If you fail to make a payment in full to Klarna by the due date, a late payment fee of up to £8 will become payable. Klarna will send you a reminder by email informing you that the payment is late and will set out the amount payable by you. If you do not pay the late fee according to the plan laid out by Klarna, up to two further late fees of up to £8 each could be applied. You can contact Klarna’s Customer Service team to see if it is possible to postpone the due date on your payment.
