In compliance with governmental regulations in level 4 of lockdown, ghd is now delivering your styling essentials to your door.
Please expect delivery within 5 - 7 working days of receiving your order confirmation.
Delivery is FREE for orders over R1000.
A fee of R100 will be applied to orders under R1000.
A delivery charge of R200 will be applied to all orders, irrespective of value, for delivery outside the South African borders (i.e. Botswana, Lesotho, Mozambique, Namibia and Swaziland). These orders will take longer than the standard delivery time due to the cross- border nature of the transaction.

- If you are contacted by, or receive an unsolicited e-mail from an unknown entity, and are asked to confirm or provide your password or personal or banking information, simply disregard the request and report the incident to ghdhair.com for investigation.
- If you receive a suspected spoofed ghdhair.com e-mail, or discover a fake ghdhair.com web site, please report the incident to ghdhair.com.
It is not uncommon for a request for credit card authorisation to fail once or twice before the card is finally authorised. We will send you an e-mail if we experience difficulties in authorising your credit card. You are always welcome to submit new credit card information to us for a particular order, provided that the order has not yet entered the shipping process.
