Important Notes:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. However, you can log a free return within 10 days of delivery.
  • The delivery address cannot be changed after the order is placed.
  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays.
  • Longer processing and delivery times may occur during public holidays and peak seasons.
  • We do not deliver to P.O. boxes, reshippers, or forwarding services.
  • Delivery fees are non-refundable, unless you receive an incorrect item.

DELIVERY CHARGES

Delivery is FREE sitewide for orders in South Africa only.

A delivery charge of R200 will be applied to all orders, irrespective of value, for delivery outside the South African borders (i.e. Botswana, Lesotho, Mozambique, Namibia and Swaziland). These orders will take longer than the standard delivery time due to the cross-border nature of the transaction. We do not deliver to countries not listed on our South African website checkout page.

WHY WAS I CHARGED AN INTERNATIONAL BANKING FEE? 

Please be aware that when purchasing ghdhair.com/za, your bank may apply an international transaction fee. Typically, this fee is a percentage of the total purchase amount, determined by your bank's policies. This charge will appear as a separate transaction on your account statement.

Kindly note that this fee is imposed by your bank and not by ghd South Africa. We never initiate any transaction on your account without your explicit authorisation. Should you have any queries regarding this charge, we encourage you to directly contact your bank for clarification.

IS IT SAFE TO ENTER MY CARD NUMBER ONLINE?

You can safely enter your entire credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information. 

WHY DID MY CREDIT CARD AUTHORISATION FAIL?

It is not uncommon for a request for credit card authorisation to fail once or twice before the card is finally authorised. We will send you an email if we experience difficulties in authorising your credit card. You are always welcome to submit new credit card information to us for a particular order, provided that the order has not yet entered the shipping process.
