Payment & delivery information
To make sure your gifts arrive in time for the festive season, the last date for Christmas delivery is 19th December.
Items purchased on or after the 21st of December 2018, will only be dispatched from the 2nd of January 2019. Delivery will take 2-3 working days. Please bear in mind that EFT’s must be confirmed by the bank before any order is dispatched.

We know that our customers can't live without their ghd products so we aim to get your product delivered to you as fast as possible and in the best possible condition.
A delivery charge of R100 will be applied to orders under R1000.

- ghdhair.com will never e-mail or call a customer and ask that they disclose or verify their credit card, or banking account number. Such information should only be submitted when completing an order on ghdhair.com, registering for payments and contacting ghdhair.com directly.
- If you are contacted by, or receive an unsolicited e-mail from an unknown entity, and are asked to confirm or provide your password or personal or banking information, simply disregard the request and report the incident to ghdhair.com for investigation.
- If you receive a suspected spoofed ghdhair.com e-mail, or discover a fake ghdhair.com web site, please report the incident to ghdhair.com.
It is not uncommon for a request for credit card authorisation to fail once or twice before the card is finally authorised. We will send you an e-mail if we experience difficulties in authorising your credit card. You are always welcome to submit new credit card information to us for a particular order, provided that the order has not yet entered the shipping process.
