We’re so excited to be able to start delivering ghd products to you again in NZ but please be aware that due to COVID-19 restrictions some deliveries are taking slightly longer than expected. We’re working hard with the postal network to ensure we get all deliveries to you as quickly and safely as possible and apologise in advance for any delays you may experience during this time. ROOT LIFT SPRAY SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
Ordered our Root Lift Spray? Please be aware that due to Covid-19 freight restrictions we are experiencing delivery delays with our ghd root lift spray. But don't worry, all the other items in your order will be sent separately.
We know that our customers can't live without their ghd products so we aim to get your product delivered to you as fast as possible and in the best possible condition.
Free New Zealand delivery
Our free delivery service is available for all orders which include electrical goods. Other product orders include a postage cost of $12.50NZD. Your order will be delivered within 3 to 7 business days in metro areas but please allow up to 8 business days for regional areas. Your items will be delivered through Courier Post. A signature will be required upon delivery, so a physical address is preferred. If you have any queries regarding delivery, please feel free to contact us on 0800 880 209.
Unfortunately we do not offer international delivery and only deliver within New Zealand.
Pre-ordering gives you the chance to be to be amongst the first to order selected limited edition and newly released ghd products.
You can place a pre-order for a product in the same way as you would with any other order and the expected dispatch date will be displayed on the product, basket and checkout pages. Please be aware if you place an order that contains both pre-order and currently available products, you won't receive the order until all of the products are ready for delivery. If you would like to receive an 'in stock' product sooner, please order this product separately from the pre-order product.
Sales are usually charged to your credit or debit card at the time of dispatch* and we will send you an email communication once your order is ready for dispatch. If there is a billing issue that prevents us from charging your account, then your order will be cancelled and we will notify you via email how you can fulfill your order.
*Payment via PayPal is collected when the Pre-Order item becomes available.
ghdhair.com is concerned about the safety and security of our customers. Accordingly, we have put a number of technological protections in place to ensure that our transaction process is extremely safe and that our customers' information is secure.
When buying or selling online, caution must always be exercised. The overwhelming majority of online transactions are completed without incident, but ghd have developed the following guidelines to help ensure that your online shopping experience is safe and secure.
Safety and security tips
- If using a public computer or terminal, always log out when you complete an online session.
- ghdhair.com will never e-mail or call a customer and ask that they disclose or verify their credit card, or banking account number. Such information should only be submitted when completing an order on ghdhair.com, registering for payments and contacting ghdhair.com directly.
- If you are contacted by, or receive an unsolicited e-mail from an unknown entity, and are asked to confirm or provide your password or personal or banking information, simply disregard the request and report the incident to ghdhair.com for investigation.
- If you receive a suspected spoofed ghdhair.com e-mail, or discover a fake ghdhair.com web site, please report the incident to ghdhair.com.
It is not uncommon for a request for credit card authorisation to fail once or twice before the card is finally authorised. We will send you an e-mail if we experience difficulties in authorising your credit card. You are always welcome to submit new credit card information to us for a particular order, provided that the order has not yet entered the shipping process.
