Online orders are processed and shipped from Melbourne, Victoria and so we follow any Victorian Public Holidays. We’re working hard with the postal network to ensure we get all deliveries to you as quickly and safely as possible and apologise in advance for any delays you may experience during this time. Please note rural areas maybe experience longer delivery time frames than metro areas.

Australian Standard Delivery

Our free standard delivery service is available for all orders which include electrical goods. Other product orders include a postage cost of $9.99 AUD. Your order will be dispatched within 48 business hours. You can expect to receive your order in 3-5 business days with exception of WA, NT and regional areas of Australia which may take up to 8 business days. Your items will be delivered through Australia Post. International delivery

Unfortunately we do not offer international delivery and only deliver within Australia.

Why did my credit card authorisation fail?

It is not uncommon for a request for credit card authorisation to fail once or twice before the card is finally authorised. We will send you an e-mail if we experience difficulties in authorising your credit card. You are always welcome to submit new credit card information to us for a particular order, provided that the order has not yet entered the shipping process.
