Yes, in countries with a 220–240V supply, such as New Zealand, the UK and EU countries. Use a plug adaptor in the UK and EU countries. ghd Speed is not dual voltage and is not designed for 100–120V countries such as the US and Japan. For those trips, ghd Flight+ is our dual-voltage travel hair dryer.
How long is the warranty on ghd Speed?
ghd Speed comes with a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase. Keep your proof of purchase. Registering your dryer with MY ghd keeps a record of ownership and makes warranty claims easier. The warranty is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Can I return ghd Speed if I change my mind?
Yes, within 21 days of delivery if you bought it on ghdhair.com, under our Try It Risk-Free for 21 Days policy. Return it with all included accessories and free gifts.
