How do I use the ghd Rise hot brush?
Use it on dry hair. Section your hair, place the brush under a section at the root and roll it up and out. Hold for a few seconds for root lift, then glide through the mid-lengths and ends. For curls, wrap hair around the barrel and twist as you glide down. Read our ghd Rise guide.
Can you use ghd Rise on wet hair?
No. ghd Rise is for dry hair only, so dry your hair fully first. To dry and style wet hair in one step, use ghd Duet Blowdry.
What hair type is ghd Rise best for?
ghd Rise suits all hair types and lengths, and works well on fine or flat hair that needs root lift. On short styles such as bobs, the round brush adds lift and body without weighing hair down.
Can I use ghd Rise in other countries?
Yes. ghd Rise has universal voltage, so you can use it in other countries. Check that the voltage on its rating label covers the local supply, and use a plug adaptor for the socket type where you are travelling.
How do you clean ghd Rise?
Switch it off and let it cool completely. Remove any hair from the barrel and bristles by hand, then wipe the surface with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Keep water away from the heating element and don't use abrasive cleaners.
