All orders placed on come with a 21 day “no hassle” returns period, which allows you to return all or part of your order for a refund should you not be satisfied with your purchase. Personalised orders are not eligible for the 21-day money back guarantee. Please contact our customer service team at for a return authorisation and delivery address. Change of mind returns cannot be requested online. 

Items will need to be in unused, restockable condition for exchange or refund. Regrettably we are unable to cover the postage costs of returns and you will be required to organise delivery at your own expense. You must use a tracked and insured delivery service to ensure a safe return, as we will not accept responsibility if your item is lost in transit. Any product sent without a return authorisation will not be approved and will be returned at your own expense.

Any free gift received with your purchase will also need to be returned for a full refund. If not returned the full RRP will be deducted from your refund.
