STANDARD RETURNS POLICY
All orders placed on www.ghdhair.com/au come with a 21 day “no hassle ” returns period, which allows you to return all or part of your order for a refund should you not be satisfied with your purchase. Please contact our customer service team at email@example.com for a return authorisation and delivery address.
Items will need to be in restockable condition for exchange or refund. Regrettably we are unable to cover the postage costs of returns and you will be required to organise delivery at your own expense. We would advise using a tracked and insured delivery service to ensure a safe return, as we will not accept responsibility if your item is lost in transit. Any product sent without a return authorisation may not be approved and will be returned at your own expense.
Any free gift received with your purchase will also need to be returned for a full refund.
In light of the COVID-19 outbreak, we may experience impacts and delays in being able to deliver our standard turnaround time.
