Extended Christmas Returns Policy
We understand that Christmas is a busy time of year so we have extended our returns policy. Orders placed between Wednesday 1st November and Sunday 24th December 2017 may be returned up until 5pm on Monday 15th January 2018.
Standard Returns Policy
All purchases from ghdhair.com are covered by our 21-day No Quibble returns policy. Return your product within 21 days of receiving it to receive a full refund. Unfortunately we are unable to exchange items.

We highly recommend that you use a registered and insured delivery service as we do not accept any responsibility for lost or damaged returns. This type of service will also allow you to track your package and ensure its safe return as we can not issue a refund for lost or damaged items.
