Can I trade in my old electrical hair tool if it’s broken?
Your old electrical hair tool must be a genuine electrical hair styling tool from any hair brand, including but not limited to a straightener, curler, hair dryer, hot brush, hot air styler or similar electrical styling tool. It does not need to be in working order, but it must be in one piece with cord and plug still attached. Non-electrical products, styling products and accessories are not eligible for the Promotion. After your new straightener or curler is delivered, package up your old electrical hair tool and send it to ghd within 14 days using the pre-paid shipping label, ensuring you keep proof of postage. Can I return or exchange a product bought on offer?
