1 in 7 women in the UK will develop breast cancer in their lifetime. But when it’s found early, treatment is much more likely to be successful. So it’s important to get into the habit of checking yourself regularly. It only takes a few minutes. And there’s no special technique. It’s as simple as TLC:

• Touch your breasts
• Look for changes
• Check anything unusual with your GP

Most breast changes aren’t cancer. But checking regularly can make it easier to spot anything new or unusual.
