We understand that Christmas is a busy time of year so we have extended our returns policy. Orders placed between Sunday 2nd October and Sunday 24th December 2023 may be returned up until Sunday 14th January 2024. Please note that personalised items cannot be returned.

STANDARD RETURNS POLICY

Purchases from ghdhair.com are covered by our 21-day No Quibble returns policy, excluding personalised items. Return your product within 21 days of receiving it to receive a full refund. Unfortunately we are unable to exchange items.

Please fill out the Return Form that was included in your original package and enclose it in your return.

We highly recommend that you use a registered and insured delivery service as we do not accept any responsibility for lost or damaged returns. This type of service will also allow you to track your package and ensure its safe return as we can not issue a refund for lost or damaged items.

Regrettably we are unable to cover the postage costs of returns.
