CELEBRATING 22 YEARS TOGETHER

Locally, we’ve been supporting the National Breast Cancer Foundation (NBCF) for 22 years, raising over $4.93 million AUD to fund game-changing breast cancer research.

Each year ghd devotes time to support breast cancer awareness with our annual Pink campaign to educate and empower our audience about regular breast self-check and awareness; and ultimately, support the NBCF vision of zero deaths from Breast Cancer.

$4.93 MILLION AUD RAISED SO FAR

ghd is proud to announce that last year’s pink collection raised over $107,000 for the National Breast Cancer Foundation. As a diamond partner, we are committed to raising more funds for world-class breast cancer research.

"This year the National Breast Cancer Foundation (NBCF) is celebrating its 30th anniversary and 20 years of partnership with ghd. ghd’s ongoing commitment to advancing our knowledge of breast cancer through research is commendable and through the $20 donated from every pink product purchased, over $4.7 million dollars has been raised globally. The impact we’ve had together has brought our vision of Zero Deaths from breast cancer closer than ever, but the job is not done. We must continue to invest in research because research is central to improving breast cancer outcomes. Thank you to ghd and every ghd customer who have or who plan to purchase a product from the pink collection.", said National Breast Cancer Foundation CEO Associate Professor Cleola Anderiesz.

HOW TO BE BREAST AWARE

How your breasts look and feel may be different to another person. Take the time to ‘get to know’ how your breasts normally look and feel through everyday activities such as showering, getting dressed, using body lotion or looking in the mirror.

You don’t need to use a special technique – you just need to look at and feel your breasts regularly, including your armpit and up to your collarbone.
