step three: Place section of hair in styler, rotate half turn and glide
Section your hair with sectioning clips and place the ghd mini styler in the hair at the root, rotate half turn and glide to the ends.
step four: Repeat in opposite direction
On the next piece of hair, rotate the styler in the opposite direction to create more texture and movement.
step five: Repeat steps 3 and 4
Continue the technique seen in steps three and four, alternating the turn of the styler each time.
step six: Massage roots
Massage the root area to break up the curls and create a softer finish.
step seven: Create section in centre and braid
Take a section around the centre of the head and begin a braid by splitting into three strands.
step eight: Add hair from far side into braid
As you cross the strands over each other, begin to add hair from the far side of the head only (not the hairline) to blend the braid with the rest of the style.
step nine: Secure braid behind ear
Once you have reached the braid behind the ear, secure with a grip, pushing it in along the braid to hide it.
step ten: Section in front and twist back
Take a section in front of the braid and twist towards the back of the head.
step eleven: Loosen twist then secure
Pull on the twist to loosen then secure with a grip.
step twelve: Repeat technique on section behind
Repeat the twist with another section behind the braid.
