NEW GHD SLEEK OPERATOR - WET OR DRY HAIR OIL ELIXIR

Lightweight and non-greasy formula that smells absolutely amazing. My hair is very fine and bob length so one/two drops is plenty - use on lengths/ends only to avoid a greasy root. I use on wet hair after towel drying - apply then either air dry or style as usual. Leaves my fine hair feeling smooth and fly-away free. I also use on lengths/ends to smooth any strays on day 2/3.

I wasn’t sure what to expect as I already use another elixir which I loved but omg as soon as I tried this for the first time my hair felt so silky soft and amazing! It was easy to style felt so good! Can’t believe how good it was. I’ve used it for around 2 weeks now and my hair hasn’t been healthier

Have used this product a number of times now and I absolutely love it. It has a great smell and I’ve used it on both wet and dry hair. I have short bleached blonde hair and a small amount of the Oil Elixir makes my hair look so soft, smooth and shiny. I’d highly recommend this product.

My hair is naturally quite coarse and can be frizzy in places, so I was interested to see how well this product would work. I initially applied it to towel-dried hair and was pleased with how lightweight it felt. It wasn’t heavy or sticky and didn’t feel like I had lots of product in my hair. I then gave my hair a fairly rough blow-dry using a brush, rather than spending lots of time styling it. I was really impressed by how straight and smooth my hair looked just from blow-drying. The results were actually comparable to how my hair looks when I use my ghd Duet to dry and straighten it. I then went over my hair with straighteners, before applying a little more of the oil as a finishing treatment to smooth down any flyaways. What I particularly liked was that my hair still felt natural, soft and lightweight, without that coated feeling you can sometimes get from styling products. The only slight negative was that I noticed a little static when straightening my hair. I was quite conservative with the amount of product I used initially, so next time I’ll experiment with applying a little more to see if that helps. Overall, I’m really impressed with my first experience of using this product, particularly how smooth my hair looked after such a quick blow-dry. I’m looking forward to seeing how the results hold up and whether using a little more product makes an even bigger difference.

I would highly recommend GHD sleek operator to anyone looking for a sleek, smooth, high shine finish. For a bob that sits just above my shoulders but is of thick texture and slightly wavy/unruly at times I used two pumps. I started off with freshly washed towel dried hair and applied one pump to the palm of my hand, rubbed hands together then distributed through my hair, before combing through. The elixir is clear in colour and a serum consistency, it made combing my hair through easy. I then blow dried my hair straight and noticed how shiny and sleek the elixir made my hair look, it felt smooth and soft to touch. I then ran my straighteners through to ensure my style would last the day - straighteners glided through with ease. To finish I applied a final pump of sleek operator and my hair stayed free of frizz all day. I like that the serum is not sticky and doesn’t feel heavy on my hair, even on dry hair it soaked in quickly to leave a shiny finish. It made styling my hair easier and is of the usual high quality you’d expect from GHD.
