DELIVERY & PAYMENT INFORMATION

STANDARD DELIVERY

We know that you cannot live without your ghd products. Please expect your order to be delivered within 4 - 7 working days within South Africa. International cross border orders may take up to 21 working days due to customs processes and procedures. The ghd team and our courier partner, Skynet Couriers, will aim to deliver your order as soon as possible. If you would like to follow up on the status of your order, please contact us via email on customerservice@ghdhair.co.za or alternatively phone us on +27 (0) 860 109 366 (Monday to Friday, 9am to 4pm) and our customer service helpdesk will get back to you as soon as possible. 

We'll email you whenever the status of your order changes. Please note: 

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. If you would like to, you can log a free return once your product is delivered. We offer a hassle free 10-day returns policy. Please contact our customer service team. 
  • The delivery address can't be changed once the order has been placed, as the information has already been sent to the warehouse for processing.

DELIVERY CHARGES

Delivery is FREE for orders over R1000 in South Africa only. A delivery fee of R100 will be applied to orders under R1000.

A delivery charge of R200 will be applied to all orders, irrespective of value, for delivery outside the South African borders (i.e. Botswana, Lesotho, Mozambique, Namibia and Swaziland). These orders will take longer than the standard delivery time due to the cross-border nature of the transaction. We do not deliver to countries not listed on our website checkout page.

  • ghdhair.com will never e-mail or call a customer and ask that they disclose or verify their credit card, or banking account number. Such information should only be submitted when completing an order on ghdhair.com, registering for payments and contacting ghdhair.com directly.
  • If you are contacted by, or receive an unsolicited e-mail from an unknown entity, and are asked to confirm or provide your password or personal or banking information, simply disregard the request and report the incident to ghdhair.com for investigation.
  • If you receive a suspected spoofed ghdhair.com e-mail, or discover a fake ghdhair.com web site, please report the incident to ghdhair.com.

INTERNATIONAL BANK FEES:

Please be aware that when making a purchase on ghdhair.com/za, your bank may apply an international transaction fee. Typically, this fee is a percentage of the total purchase amount, determined by your bank's policies. This charge will appear as a separate transaction on your account statement.

Kindly note that this fee is imposed by your bank and not by ghd South Africa. We never initiate any transaction on your account without your explicit authorization. Should you have any queries regarding this charge, we encourage you to directly contact your bank for clarification.

IS IT SAFE TO ENTER MY CARD NUMBER ONLINE?

You can safely enter your entire credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information

WHY DID MY CREDIT CARD AUTHORISATION FAIL?

It is not uncommon for a request for credit card authorisation to fail once or twice before the card is finally authorised. We will send you an e-mail if we experience difficulties in authorising your credit card. You are always welcome to submit new credit card information to us for a particular order, provided that the order has not yet entered the shipping process.
