Disappointed, product heavy and doesn’t make my hair smooth, waste of money

Slightly sceptical that these would work, but very impressed so far. My hair is fine, but there's a lot of it and fairly wavy, but boy is it fluffy/frizzy. My hair always looks fab after a professional blow dry, and that's something I really struggle to do at home (can do one side of my head better than the other, takes ages, normally burn an ear or a cheek etc). My normal routine is to use straighteners once my hair is dry, but it still tends to go a bit frizzy after a while. I've used these on freshly dried hair or second day hair, and they have done an amazing job, even when I've let my hair dry naturally and encouraged it to go wavy. These get my hair nice and straight, silky and shiny, and as it is a nice big brush, can handle large sections of hair (so much quicker than straighteners). They grip the hair nicely to pull through the bristles, and are so quick and easy to use. These are great on a morning before work to quickly straighten hair, and the results last better than with straighteners, so much so, I haven't used my straighteners for a couple of weeks now. I think these will be fab the next time we go away, as can let hair dry naturally then just run these through it when I want it straight. The heat resistant bag and brush make this a lovely gift set.

Very disappointed haven’t reviewed my product that I spent good money on! Ordered it 2 weeks ago was meant for my delighted birthday and haven’t gotten it I’ve a very disappointed daughter and a very angry mum right now!, so I’d like for you to get it to me in the next few days because this is absolutely RIDICULOUS

The hot brush is the main event, giving smooth, glossy hair super quickly, no frizz and perfect for day 2 and 3 hair. I was really impressed with the Glide Hot Brush it is so good for quick and easy styling, not heavy and a really long cable which is so useful. I liked that it didn't 'straighten' your hair flat so you still had volume but silky soft hair. The heatproof pouch is a brilliant timesaver, making it easy to store or pack the hot brush even when it's still warm which is perfect for when your travelling. The hairbrush is a firm, tangle remover and it is all together in a festive but stylish box. It feels like a luxury thoughtful gift set that you would love to get for Christmas.

I was really excited to try this product because I love a new hair gadget and this bundle was the perfect excuse to try it out! The packaging as usual with GHD is stunning. The bundle came with a stylish heat resistant bag, perfect for storing away the glide hot brush after use and for taking it trips away. The bundle also includes a GHD paddle brush with I have been in desperate need of. No brush I have used has every gone through my hair the way the GHD one dones. Now for the main product, the Glide Hot Brush! Firstly it’s looks exactly like a hair brush just slightly bigger and seems really sturdy and robust. The box didn’t come with detailed instructions on how to use it but a few seconds online I had several tutorial videos explaining how to use it. I am a die hard straightener user usually so the brush did take a while to get used to. Initially I found it quite difficult to get a good grip of my hair as the Glide Brush went through it by my third/forth attempt I am now loving using it and have figured out how to use it best for my hair. Benefits of the product is I feel like my hair is way less frazzled and the Glide Brush seems to be much gentler on my hair. It also gives my hair a much more natural straightened look than straighteners do. My next challenge with them is to try using them to curl my hair!
