You can find the datecode on your ghd Chronos styler between the plates, opposite the on/off switch, and on the label attached to the power cord near the plug.
Your ghd Chronos styler is covered by a 3-year warranty, giving you added confidence in your styling routine. For a quicker and easier experience should you ever need support, we recommend registering your product after purchase.
To keep your ghd Chronos hair straightener performing at its best, we recommend cleaning it regularly to remove product build-up, oils and residue from the plates.
- Unplug your styler from the mains power supply and allow it to cool completely.
- Gently wipe the outside and plates of the styler with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use sharp or abrasive detergents or corrosive products and never immerse the appliance in water.
- Allow the styler to dry fully before plugging it back in and using it again.

Does ghd Chronos turn itself off automatically?
Yes. For added peace of mind, ghd Chronos features automatic sleep mode. If the styler is left unattended for 10 minutes, it will switch itself off automatically.
