Key Conditions to Redeem the Rewards

This is a summary of the key conditions to redeem rewards. It does not replace the full terms & conditions of Mention Me.

GHD will use the services of Mention Me Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales, with company number 08382730, whose office is at 20-22 Wenlock Road, London, N1 7GU to deliver the Refer a Friend platform to customers. Their terms & conditions can be found at https://mention-me.com/help/tnc_f/site.

Referrer Rewards

• The referrer is offered 20% off one order for each friend who orders for the first time.
• This offer can be shared for 6 months from the date of acceptance by the referrer.
• In order for the referral to qualify for the reward the referred friend must be a new customer to ghdhair.com and over the age of 18 and the referred friend must meet the conditions of their reward.
• Offer is only valid on full price items, it cannot be combined with any discounted item.
• There is no requirement for the referrer to be an existing ghdhair.com customer.
• In order to share this offer the referrer must be over the age of 18.
• Reward will be cumulative and so if multiple qualifying referrals are made to ghdhair.com, multiple rewards will be delivered to the referrer, subject to a limit a Referrer may not earn more than 5 within any 24 hour period or 25 within any 12 month period or 1500 GBP of reward value within any 12 month period. A Referrer should not expect their referred friends to be given rewards automatically if they are referring more frequently than 10 friends within any 24 hour period.
• Reward will be delivered to the referrer on the day of the referred friend's purchase provided the referred friend's purchase is not cancelled
• The Referrer will be notified by email once a referred friend has purchased and when the reward has been earned.
• Reward will be valid for 6 months from the date earned by the referrer.
• Referral reward is valid on full price item, reward cannot be combined with any discounted item.
• com reserves the right to refuse the issue of any reward to any Referred Friend or Referrer at any time.
• Please note you may only redeem one discount code at a time so ghd advises you to choose the promotion best suited to your purchase.
• You may not refer yourself. Where we detect people attempting to refer themselves, Company reserves the right to intervene, cancel outstanding orders and suspend all associated accounts permanently. Please therefore do not attempt to refer to names at the same address or using the same IP address.
• In the event of fraud, abuse, and/or an error affecting the proper operation of the Promotion, Company reserves the right to end or suspend the promotion.

• Company reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend the Promotion and/or review and revise these terms and conditions at any time without giving prior notice and by continuing to take part in the Promotion subsequent to any revision of these terms and conditions, Users shall be deemed to have agreed to any such new or amended terms.

Referred Friend Rewards

• The Referred friend is offered 15% off when they place their first order.
• The reward is valid for 7 days from the point of issue to the referred friend.
• The reward is valid on hair dryers, stylers, hot brushes, curlers (whilst stock lasts).
• In order to qualify for the reward the referred friend must be a new customer to ghdhair.com and over the age of 18.

• Offer is only valid on full price items, it cannot be combined with any discounted item.

• There are limits in place on how many and how frequently referrals can be made by any single referrer. Rewards may not be given if those limits are exceeded.
• Referred friend reward is valid on full price item, reward cannot be combined with any discounted item.
